Through the history, the gap between industrialized and developing countries has been widening. It has resulted in enormous debt burden of poor ones. From this evidence, some people insist that the rich should forgive all debts. I, by contrast, do not agree with them.

There are several reasons for wealthy countries to give more and more financial supports to poor nations, but we can divide them into two main groups, namely charity mission and economic purposes. Charitable task involves providing loans with generous interest terms as well as longer paying debt time in order to boost domestic economy. In contrast, giving loans to seek profits through market interests or to gain big advantages in foreign trade, etc.… results in lucrative goals. Nevertheless, whatever the rich aim to, easing debt will have bad effects.

In view of humanity, free to pay loans responsibility makes the gulf between rich and poor enormous. If low-income countries are not under pressure to repay money, they will use finance less effectively. They will invest in projects without carefully considering. Therefore, they just gain a slow advance, while the others develop faster and faster. This means that the gap will continue widening.

Next, the rich never invested in which they do not have benefits. In fact, to get low- interest credits, of course, less developed countries must exchange for economic and political dependence. We can find concrete evidence from Africa. On having been providing low-interest loans and forgiving several former debts for Africa, China has ruthlessly exploited metal ores legally. Consequently, it has destroyed environment in these countries, and increased social inequality. Currently, it have been meeting with resistance from natives, which must make it have fewer profits than expected. The rich must have fell into this way if they still follow forgiving debts policy.

Overall, absolving the poor from payment of debts exerts seriously negative effects rather than impressively social economic progress. That is why developed countries should not give free loans to low-income nations.

As we know, the gap between rich countries and poor countries is wider and wider, it is the reason why we need to consider about their debts. I totally agree that rich countries should forgive all debts for poor countries. There are many reasons to implement this idea.
First of all, rich countries would still be wealthy without receive payments from that debts. They have technology, abundant resources, modern plants and equipments, hence, their growth rates are always positive. It can be inferred that the money owed by poor countries are the excessive amount the rich countries make through their business activities. From this, it could be understandable that the debts could not influence rich countries’ status at all. In another words, the rich could forgive all the debts.
The second reason for me to think this way is that it is the opportunity for the poor to appreciate it in the future. It would be easier for the poor to develop without the debts. The debts might become blockages on their ways to get out of the poverty. Once the poor is no more in woeful period, they could regard this cancellation highly by making convenient conditions for the companies from the rich to find profits in investing. Therefore, it could be thought in another way that the poor will pay the debts in the future.
And the last one is that we could make a better world through this action. This could call many benefits. Stronger relationship between nations is what we could see first. The more debts would be forgave the more poverty would be removed. And then, there would be no more debts to release.
In conclusion, the bills should be clear all. This helps people in need overcome their difficulties and put an end to the existence of indigence. I hope that this action could soon get into reality.

To day, according the development of market economy, the world is becoming more and more closely linked. Trade has increased and the gap between rich countries and poor countries is greater than ever before, billions of people still live in poverty. One of the ways to make shorter this gap is rich countries delivered many debts for poor ones. Nevertheless, poor countries usually meet much difficulty in the reimbursement those debts, in while rich countries still have one well financial position. So, Should rich countries forgive all debts for poor countries?
There are many reasons to help the poor countries in which the average per capita income is about 1 dollar a day including: humanitarian reasons, political or diplomatic reasons and economic reasons. Debts were delivered by rich countries helps poor countries solving many problems involved economy, health…give a chance for poor countries to avoid vicious circle of poor through many line capitals
There are some advantages when RCs forgive all debts for poor countries, for example :The poor countries will not only avoid to pay the interesting on the debts which is a large part of their economy but also cancel the debts burdening, from that they can use the sources from these debts to invest in many projects that develop the economy and push social’s income such as: health service, education…
However, forgive all debts for poor countries still lead many risks. A forgiveness program would discourage poor countries from making difficult decisions to reform their economies. Billions of dollars of aid often go missing, into corrupt government and in ineffective administrations or go into many unsuitable programs with countries targets . So there are many other ways to help poor countries . Opening up trade barriers, so the poor countries can sold their goods more easily. Another way is remove subsidies that import goods from poor countries can compete fairly
The needs of poor countries is oblivious, but we can’t forgive all debts for them, we only forgive some of all and use other ways to get good results
