It’s the self-study method which is one of the best ways to achieve it. However, there are also advantages and disavantages of its.

As we known, It has many advantages. At the outset, self-study method can provide U with lowest fee to get awareness for U must not pay any tuition, not be charged fee for teaching, and not make payment for travelling. Secondly, should U apply it, U can made the ideal decipline independently. No other one can understand yourself better than U, so that the you made programme including whatever we need and we like can improve your weakness well, and possiby leads U to a unpredictable result. Moreover, through it, U can have a suitable and flexible timetable, even perhaps U could save more and more time because of not spending wasting one on travelling, on chatting to your classmates.

Yet the method has not only avantages but also disavantages. First of all, the process’s result depend on absolutely your self-decipline, your consciousness, and whether U stick to your plan or not. In additon, both teachers and classmates also able to share their experience, workloads, etc. Even if U collaborate together, U will have chance to test each other and to be and encouraged at right time(đ úng th ời đi êm???).


In sumary, as anything in this life, self-study method has both advantages and disadvantages. Before deciding to apply it or not, U should consider carefully your characteristics, your material ability, your timeline and your purpose. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the method is a necessary skill to everyone, especially anyone who desire success.

Teamwork skills_ Oanh

In the modern times, team working skills play an important role in the social life. Thus, these skills need to be improved frequently through activities in which you involve. I participated in a volunteer club where I have chance to take part in several volunteer events. As our recent event: “....”, thanks to these skills such as: planning, building a team, co-operating with others, resolving conflict, we accomplished our goals with a successful event.
As a member of organisation department, I was a leader of a 5-people-team who had responsibility to set up detail timeline and design background base on the fixed content of this event. First, we had to understand carefully our aim, plan and tasks in order to classify them. Each co-operator must be ensured to complete work on time. That also means I, as a co-ordination, had to negotiate with our leadership to gain commitment for our team’s time and other resources. Besides, all the posibilities must be considered, especially opposite one.
Second, being a member of team, all of his ideas and original thoughts are encouraged and considered seriously. While communicating with each others, contradiction might be occurred. In that case, I had to find out solutions to resolve them. Thanks to that, I have the ability to understand conflict and keep the team focused.
To sum it up, though teamwork activities can offer many challenges, I can be encouraged and given a helping hand so as to develop my strength and improve my weekness. Only when co-operating is not only working together but also accomplishing a common goal, can team be a team.

Social activities must support me remarkably to not only combat stress but also complete my skills, especially teamwork ability. I have participated in a lot of activities but the accounting festival made me unforgettable. That event provided me an excellent chance to show how well my cooperation skill was. Through it, I am more confident in this skill as well as contributing to an ideal assurance post at PwC.

As a leader, my thirty co-operators and I had to face enormous troubles to gain the highest score. First, it was the first time I led such a large team. Some of us even had not met each other before. Besides, mutual relationship having a decisive role to play in team success cannot build up over night. Hence, this, initially, must bring out more difficulties in co-operating smoothly. Second, we prepared for that competition in lack of time. Differences in individuals’ schedules resulted in being hard to gather almost members. To solve those problems, my team listed needful tasks and classify them according to urgency. Then I divided my team into four small groups, appointed the heads as well. I gave each group its own assignment and asked them report work process at certain times. Those measures helped tackle the issues in preparation. However, the biggest challenge we must deal with lined in a wide divergence of opinion right before the contest. If we do not fill that gap, we must suffer failure. Therefore, four heads and I discussed which was the root cause of the situation, and took action sooner rather later. We had a private conversation with each group, tried to address the outcome of disagreement along with clearing up misunderstanding. It worked! My team performed well during the show and finally, we ranked first.

I have learned so much from those challenges. I know how to cheer up the spirit of all team and arrange sound assignment for each member. I understand putting belief in my coordinators will improve the mutuality. This must encourage individuals to complete his/ her work, thereby ensuring the productiveness of all team. Moreover, as a member or a leader, I need to consider my team’s benefits as the first purpose. It is the truth that if my team is successful, I will have more chances to promotion. So focusing on expressing myself sometimes is not necessary, especially my action conflict with team’s interests. I think these characteristics are so useful for working at such mutual working environment like PwC.

To sum up, to be a PwC assurance requires me have several skills, especially teamwork one. I believe that what I have gained through external activities will support me to meet this position’s requirement.

Advantages and Disadvantages of self-study

There are many ways to get knowledge; self-study which has both advantages and disadvantages is one of them. It supports us so much with lowest costs, flexible timeline and unpredictable results but it could meet many difficulties also such as unclear instruction, depending mostly on self-discipline.
Through self-study, we could earn a lot. First of all, there is no tuition fee. We know that it costs a lot for an efficient program to have a good result returned due to pays for qualified teachers, comfort rooms. Instead of that, we just need to spend certain but not much money for materials. The second thing is that we could study whenever we want. There is no class, so we do not have to go to class at a fixed time and a fixed place. Next, by that way, we have to solve problems our self, it could create an amazing creative mind with valuable experiences.
At the same time, self-study has many issues. Because of without guidance, maybe we could not make the best way to learn. We have to accept that teachers have much experience than anyone else, so they have an optimal program. Beside of that, each have his own self-awareness, the result depends on that much. If we do not have consciousness, not stick to plan, it is hard to achieve desired purpose.
Everything has two folds and self-study itself does. Know it, control it and change our self, we could have what we want. Although it have disadvantages, self-study is a skill which every one need.

Topic 1 Team work skills Đinh Hải Yến

There are many experiences of team work which I participated on during my student life. Although all of the scales of these experience are not significant, these experiences taught me many useful skills and knowledge. This one I will say following is an typical example.

When I was second year student, I participated on a 8_student_group to do an accounting exercise.
Firstly, hardly had I been elected as the leader of the group when I persuaded all of the members to achieve the main goal for the exercise which is to have an overall view about fixed asset for 5 days.
Secondly, all tasks required including the defination, classification, characteristic and method of accounting for it were prioritized in a list.
The third, I assigned tasks to others, each 2_person_group responsibled for a charge. In other hand, 4_day_deadline for each task are made and we had an one_hour_discussion per day in our class. Through them, we reported the completed portions of our tasks and argued together about st such as recording the cost of non_current asset, whether its repairing leads to increase its cost or not, etc. An opinion is accepted if the member who presented it validated successfully.
In addition, in the end of every day during the period, I sent a private email to each member to encourage and remind approaching deadline and also regularly reported to my teacher on my group's activity.
In general, we collaborated together well but there still occured a small problem. Some members went not on time without any acceptable reason at the first discussion. So I must make an regulation of material pubnishment to late persons in next time. From this event, every members finished their tasks perfectly and on time.
In the end, my group had an excellent result. All of us had an exact and useful knowledge of fixed asset, our group got the best mark and was congrated by our teacher.

Through this experience, although I must hardly work and was put strong pressure in because of little time, I could learn many thing. I knew the way to conduct and communicate efficiently, I learned the way to persuade others. And the most important thing I realized is "If U dedicate, U will achieve".
