There are many experiences of team work which I participated on during my student life. Although all of the scales of these experience are not significant, these experiences taught me many useful skills and knowledge. This one I will say following is an typical example.
When I was second year student, I participated on a 8_student_group to do an accounting exercise.
Firstly, hardly had I been elected as the leader of the group when I persuaded all of the members to achieve the main goal for the exercise which is to have an overall view about fixed asset for 5 days.
Secondly, all tasks required including the defination, classification, characteristic and method of accounting for it were prioritized in a list.
The third, I assigned tasks to others, each 2_person_group responsibled for a charge. In other hand, 4_day_deadline for each task are made and we had an one_hour_discussion per day in our class. Through them, we reported the completed portions of our tasks and argued together about st such as recording the cost of non_current asset, whether its repairing leads to increase its cost or not, etc. An opinion is accepted if the member who presented it validated successfully.
In addition, in the end of every day during the period, I sent a private email to each member to encourage and remind approaching deadline and also regularly reported to my teacher on my group's activity.
In general, we collaborated together well but there still occured a small problem. Some members went not on time without any acceptable reason at the first discussion. So I must make an regulation of material pubnishment to late persons in next time. From this event, every members finished their tasks perfectly and on time.
In the end, my group had an excellent result. All of us had an exact and useful knowledge of fixed asset, our group got the best mark and was congrated by our teacher.
Through this experience, although I must hardly work and was put strong pressure in because of little time, I could learn many thing. I knew the way to conduct and communicate efficiently, I learned the way to persuade others. And the most important thing I realized is "If U dedicate, U will achieve".

Bài bạn béo có ưu điểm là dùng nhiều từ hay ^^, ý chia ra cũng rõ roài.
Tuy nhiên vẫn còn lặp từ và cấu trúc ( mấy cụm danh từ nên tránh lặp lại form : eight-student group...)
hehe nói chung mơi viết thía này là ok roài, lần đầu t viết nhăng cuội lắm, còn lâu mới dc như vậy :">
